Absolutely. When we create your new site, we also create up to six key pages for you and populate them with your words and images. When your site is handed over to you, it will be fully installed, with the key pages populated with your content and styled with your branding – ready for you to launch.

We know how important it is to have cohesive branding across all your platforms to build trust and recognition with your audience. That’s why we style your health and wellness website with your unique business branding.

That said, to get the best result for your website, we ask that you provide a branding guide created by a professional branding expert (we don’t work with DIY branding). The guide should outline your colour palette, typography and how it should be used across a website. Don’t worry if you don’t have this, we can help you create a branding guide if needed.

In terms of branding for a website, your logo is actually the least important branding element. What’s most important to get a great result, is a professional brand guide outlining colour palette and font system. But, not to worry if you don’t have this yet, we can help you.

You sure can. We can link any button or hyperlink on your website to your booking calendar and form. For some scheduling systems, we can even embed the booking calendar and form directly onto selected pages on your website.

As soon as possible. Because you’re working within an already designed layout, there’s guidelines for your copy, images and branding that you’ll need to follow. The sooner you book in, and we get these guidelines to you, the better.

Traditional custom websites can take weeks (or even months) to complete. Our process is different. By working from one of our signature Squarespace base designs, we’re able to create your website within a calm, spacious two-week period.

You’ll have time to prepare your content beforehand using our guided content planner, questionnaires and checklists. Once the project begins, we follow a clear step-by-step process with regular check-ins and review points at key milestones. You’ll have space to approve things and plenty of support — so you’re never left wondering what’s next.

We sure do! One of our core design values is kind design. Kind websites are kind to the people using them – that includes you! So we prioritise designs that are easy to use, navigate and manage.

We also empower you to manage your own website going forward, so it can evolve with your business and remain sustainable long-term. We achieve this through our unique design and coding methodology, combined with the Squarespace website platform and a library of instructional step-by-step videos so you can easily find answers to any questions. And of course, personal email support is included too.

Loads! You’ll get access to our dedicated client learning portal where you’ll find a training library full of videos we have recorded specifically for your selected design. And you have personal email support from Alana for one month after you site is handed over.

Our founder and lead website designer, Alana, is a certified Squarespace SEO specialist. This means every site comes with SEO and AI-search essentials including optimised images, mobile-friendly design, clean structure, accessible formatting, url redirects, Google Search Console setup and submitting your sitemap. However, this is just one layer of search optimisation.

To give your site the best chance of showing up in search results, you’ll also need well-written content that’s optimised for the right keywords. If being found through search is a key goal, we recommend adding on keyword research and/or copywriting support — we can help with both. Just let us know during our first call.

Many of our clients choose to write their own content using our guided content planner, which walks you through what to write for each page — with helpful examples, word count suggestions and writing tips.

If writing isn’t your thing or you’d like more support, we have optional add-ons for copywriting and our in-house copywriter is ready to help. Just let us know during our initial call and we can walk you through what’s included.

We recommend allowing at least four weeks between booking and your project start date to give you plenty of time to complete your website pack and prepare your content. We only take on two projects each month, and our schedule tends to book out 4–6 weeks in advance — so reach out early to secure your spot and get the process started.

Yes — your website is built on Squarespace and fully editable, so you’ll be able to move sections, adjust layouts or add new content just like you’re used to.

To keep the process smooth and on schedule, we don’t make custom layout changes during the build. But once the site is handed over, you’ll have the flexibility to make any changes you like — and we’ll provide simple video tutorials to show you how.

You’ll also need to purchase your domain name (website URL) and possibly an email account. If you choose to host your domain and email account with Squarespace, you may be able to get the first year of domain and email hosting for free.
