About the project

Founded by Dr Zoe Vilenica, Posttraumatic Peace offers a grounded, supportive space for people healing from complex trauma and childhood sexual abuse.

Zoe’s mission is one of posttraumatic growth – helping individuals understand how trauma has shaped their nervous systems, relationships and sense of self, and guiding them back to compassion, clarity and connection.

We began with branding, using our Frankie brand kit to create a calm, professional and hope-filled identity. The soft, natural colour palette and refined typography reflect Zoe’s peaceful presence and the depth of her work.

We also curated a large, cohesive image library – over 150 stock images – to help visually tell the story of healing and connection that underpins the brand.

The website was built using our Amber one-week website design – specifically made for health and wellness practitioners – and intentionally designed to feel calm, open and easy to navigate. With a minimalist layout and clear structure, visitors can gently find the information they need, explore the self-paced and group courses available, and access free resources without overwhelm.

One of our favourite elements is the use of hand-drawn botanical illustrations to create a grounding and soothing experience. The design avoids distraction while keeping the visitors engaged – a quiet nod to the nervous-system-informed nature of Zoe’s work.

This project was about more than just building a website. It was about creating a space where people feel safe, seen and supported from the very first moment they land on the page – and we’re proud to have helped bring that vision to life.
