About the project
Founded by Kate Parsonage and Larissa Turner, Lifestyle Design Co. is a Sydney interior design studio transforming homes into luxurious nature-inspired sanctuaries that feel warm, calming and connective.
Kate and Larissa came to us ready to create a cohesive and professional brand identity and online home that reflected their core values of connection, authenticity and innovation.
We began with a brand identity, using our KindFolk brand kit, creating a full logo suite, brand marks, unique colour palette, font pairings and social graphics.
With a passion for the Australian landscape, we brought in a colour palette with natural, earthy hues that are both calming and understated so as not to detract from the imagery – which is key to visually showcasing LDC’s work.
Next up, the website. We used the Elle one-week website design — which was made specifically for visual creatives and so worked perfectly for an interior design business.
A detailed portfolio / projects section was created with lots of spaces to describe Lifestyle Design Co.’s most favourite interior design projects through both written words and their powerful imagery.
We particularly love the open, spacious feel of this site which let’s the imagery shine through, the earthy colour palette (swoon!), the little accents created by using a decorative script font and the overlapping brand marks and imagery.
Just a few weeks after launching their new brand and website, Kate and Larissa started to see a major increase in new business sales!
